Comprehensively equipped with a first class brake system and extensive active and passive safety features, the new Crafter Dual Cab raises the bar for safety engineering to new levels.

Optimal Crew & Load Protection

Active safety features include Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) teamed with Electronic Brake-Pressure Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist , Electronic Stabilisation Program (ESP) and traction control all as standard. With a standard full-sized driver airbag on board and an optional 5 airbag package, the new Crafter Dual Cab offers optimal crew and load protection.

Crafter’s hefty 300mm brake discs up front and 298mm brake discs at the rear with two brake callipers for every wheel, give you the added reassurance of a responsive, high-performance brake unit.

Robust Structure

The robust structure and rigidity of the Crafter cab is also engineered to provide the optimal protection for the driver and crew in the event of an unexpected impact on the job.

Other optional safety features include front and rear parking distance sensors with audible warning, rain sensing windscreen wipers, auto-headlights and tyre-pressure warning for maximum drive safety.
