Passenger Protection

The robust structure and rigidity of the Crafter Kombi’s body is engineered to provide the optimal protection for both driver and passengers in the event of an accident.

With a standard full-sized driver airbag on board (and an optional 5 airbag package), as well as height-adjustable head restraints and 3-point safety belts with pre-tensioners for all passengers on board, the new Crafter Kombi offers outstanding passenger protection.

Robust Crafter

Active safety features include Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) teamed with Electronic Brake-Pressure Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist , Electronic Stabilisation Program (ESP) and traction control all as standard.

Crafter’s hefty 300mm brake discs up front and 298mm brake discs at the rear with two brake callipers for every wheel, give you the added reassurance of a responsive, high-performance brake unit.

Safety Features

Other safe features include front and rear parking distance sensors with audible warning, rain sensing windscreen wipers and auto-headlights with optional tyre-pressure warning for maximum drive safety.
